Dear Customer, Managing your wallet/tag balance becomes easier now! Your IndusInd Bank FASTag Wallet will now show your cumulative balance, which includes all your tag level balances. You'll not need to maintain seperate tag level balances now. Note that any existing balance in your tags has been merged into single wallet for your convenience. You can top-up your wallet and use the balance across all/any of your linked tags.
IndusInd FASTag is a perfect solution for a hassle-free trip on national highways, it enables automatic deduction of toll charges and lets you pass through the toll plaza without stopping for the cash transaction.
CASA Customer enjoys using this option wherein the customer wallet will be funded automatically from his bank account on reaching low balance
Customer Tag will be funded automatically when tag reaches low balance without manual intervention of customers provided adequate fund is available in the customer wallet.
Customer will receive SMS alerts on his registered mobile numbers for all the transactions done in his tag account.
Customer don't need to worry about carrying cash for the toll payments.
Customer may recharge his tag account online through Debit Card or Net Banking
Customers can access their statements by logging on the FASTag customer portal.
